Article 1: Field of application for the present Terms & conditions

The Terms & conditions described here-after, govern the contract relations between TOWNSQUARE, through its website COSPLAYMAT.COM and its customers, in the context of selling merchandise presented on this website. Any service rendered by TOWNSQUARE via its website COSPLAYMAT.COM implies the unconditional acceptance of the buyer to the present Terms & Conditions document. The language of the contract is in English.

For simplicity, “COSPLAYMAT” will be used hereafter to make reference to “TOWNSQUARE via its website COSPLAYMAT.COM”

Article 2: Article presentation, photos and texts

Pictures and photographs shown on the website are not contractually binding. COSPLAYMAT may not be held accountable for any mistake regarding the photos attached to a product page.

Concerning the articles sold by COSPLAYMAT: the intellectual property and rights of the texts and images present on the website of COSPLAYMAT are protected by copyright. Any partial or total copy is strictly forbidden.

Article 3: Price of products and services

Unless stated otherwise, all prices shown on our website are in Pounds, all taxes included, excluding delivery fees. The VAT amount as well as the shipping fees are detailed during the order completion process. The applied VAT rate is 20%.

Article 4: Order

The customer confirms his order when he clicks on “Confirm your order”, after checking the “Terms & conditions” acceptance checkbox, at the bottom of the “Payments” page, during the order completion process.

In case of payment default, problematic address input or any problem linked to the customer account, COSPLAYMAT retains the right to block the order. COSPLAYMAT will allocate all means necessary to help resolve the issue in a timely manner.

The customer will receive an email to confirm his purchase, which will include the invoice, detailing the elements of his purchase.

All data registered by COSPLAYMAT constitute the proof of the nature and content at the time of the order. COSPLAYMAT stores this information according the UK and EU regulations. Access to this information can be given simply by contacting customer support by email ([email protected]).

When an item is labelled “in stock” on the website COSPLAYMAT, it is available for an immediate delivery. In case of a stock mistake or if 2 customers order simultaneously the same (and last) item available in stock, COSPLAYMAT will contact the said customers to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Article 5: Payment

Unless stated otherwise, all prices shown on our website are in Pounds, all taxes included, excluding delivery fees. The VAT amount as well as the shipping fees are detailed during the order completion process. The applied VAT rate is 20%.

The customer may pay by Visa, MasterCard or any other payment method shown on the website, at the payment step during the order completion process.

All reimbursements are done using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

Article 6: Delivery of items sold by COSPLAYMAT

All delivery times shown on our website are informational and not binding. COSPLAYMAT does not guarantee any delivery timing.

Article 7: Right of withdrawal and item exchange

Once you have received your order, you have the right during 14 calendar days to decide to send us back one or more articles. After those 14 days, any form of reimbursement or exchange is not possible.

The process is as follows:

2) Please pack the articles with adequate protection for a safe travel

Unless there is a product defect or mistake from our part, the shipping costs for sending back the articles are born by you. If you do not return your order in full, then the shipping costs you paid during the order will not be reimbursed by CosplayMat. Once the articles are received, the reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method used for the order purchase. If the returned articles have been used, worn, opened or not in a prime condition, the reimbursement will not be possible.
